Training of Trainers program, exceeded expectations. Pray that the new teachers
will become effective in their village churches and that more churches will
join the program.

Pray for wisdom for Trevor Spicer as he directs Global Interaction’s use of
funds and resources. Pray for God’s protection and guidance over Trevor and his
wife Jenny.

the establishment of the education foundation. Ask that people with TESOL
training or IT experience respond to the call to join the program.

Pray for Graeme in his work managing the projects with our Partner Organisation
in South Asia. Pray for safety in travel, good
health, wisdom and patience as he works with staff.

John and Karen ask for prayer that their language skills continue to improve.
Remember John as he learns the appropriate Khmer words to use when praying and
speaking at churches.

Kong: p.25 Remember Sharlee as she works to develop church leaders
and educators. Pray for her safety in travel and for the urgent need for
leadership training in Asia.

Pray with Lyndal for the elderly, who lack social services and rely on extended
family and neighbours for help. Grandparents often raise orphaned grandchildren
and require good health and strength.

communities.

East Asia: p.21 Give thanks for Luke and Felicity’s* progress in
the national language and the relationships they’re developing. Ask that their
more specialised lessons will help develop culturally appropriate language
skills.

p.11 Pray for Bruce and Cheryl Roberts as they adjust to life in Australia. May
God’s love uphold them as they seek new directions for service.
15 W Mozambique: p.7 Pray for the team children in Mozambique:
Samuel, Caleb, Hannah, Micah and Josiah Crane and Tahlia, Shenae, Liam and
Ethan Smith. May they flourish, find good friends and experience success in
learning language.

home assignment. May God uphold them and may the work with the fisheries
continue to flourish.

she takes up life in Australia
after her two year Gi6Pro placement home-schooling staff children. She has been
a blessing to families in the team and local school communities.

for the work they are doing and that their trust in God is strengthened.

Give thanks for Jerry Jangala who continues to lead and encourage the church
with his teaching using iconographs.

Pray for the House of Grace and its work caring for children with disabilities.
Ask that the life-enhancing services the centre provides may break the poverty
cycle.
22 W Central Asia: Pray that R and B* will have a powerful impact on
the lives of the students they teach. Pray that the relationships formed will
give them opportunities to share the gospel.
23 T South East Asia: p.19 Pray for Dave and Edwina* as they grow in
cultural understanding. May their experience be used to build loving
relationships with local people.

Asia: p.13 Pray for the new short-term and long-term expat
personnel that are urgently needed to work for the Training Centre and the
fisheries.

Remember Barry and the Cambodian staff and volunteers working for peace within
churches, families and communities. Pray that ‘Peace Bridges’ will develop into
a sustainable local organisation.

Praise God that Sarah and Hannah Girvan have their Australian citizenship. Pray
that they, with Amy and Rachel, adjust to life in Australia and establish good
friendships.

Give thanks for quickly renewed visas. Pray for Global Interaction, that recent
changes in the system will not create problems in getting visas in the future.

Shirley in learning the local language. May they be empowered to strengthen

their courtesy, competency and devotion to the work of Global Interaction.

Give thanks for all the churches and individuals who responded to requests for
clothes for the flourishing “Op Shop” ministry. Pray for Yapa church leaders in
Yuendumu, Willowra and Ali Curung.
*2 S Thailand: p.15 Pray for Dema and Carolyn, along
with Grace and Daniel, as they settle into life and ministry in Thailand. Pray
that they will easily adjust to the Thai culture and grow in understanding and
use of the Thai language.
3 S Cambodia: p.17
Pray for Barry and Fiona. Pray that Visarl and Narin flourish, that they keep
healthy and find good friends both in Australia
and Cambodia.
4 M Bangladesh: p.27 Pray for Joyramkura Hospital,
that ways may be found to help the hospital overcome their funding shortfall
and lack of doctors. Pray that interested people or churches be prompted to
come up with good ideas.

they work and study in preparation for Mozambique. May they build strong
partnership networks to pray for and support them.

Pray for wisdom for Karen Newnham as she prepares people for cross-cultural
work. May God protect and guide her, along with Bruce and their family.
